The best way to stay healthy is loving yourself

While it’s true that doing exercise and going to the gym is very
good for you, in my opinion, loving yourself is the best way to
stay healthy.
I think it’s clear that if you don’t have self-love, you can’t be %100
happy. Loving yourself is very important because otherwise you
can have an eating disorder. An eating disorder can make you
throw up everything you eat, for example, and that’s not healthy.
Second, I believe that self-love can influence a lot in your mental
health. Mental health is the base of everything in your body. If
you compare yourself with everyone, you are going to feel worse
mentally every time.
So, not loving yourself can have some bad consequences and
those consequences are far away from being healthy.
The best way to stay healthy is to stay happy

While it's true that many people think you have to be healthy to
be happy, I think that the best way to stay healthy is to stay
happy.
One reason I think this is that when you love yourself you are
happier, because you don't have many insecurities bugging you.
Second, in my opinion mental health is very important too,
because if you are happy you don't have to be dealing with
stress, depression, anxiety, etc. But if you’re not happy you will
have to visit a psychiatrist or a psychologist, and maybe you start
eating badly and have to go to the doctor.
For me, the third most important thing to be happy is that for
example if you have a little fever but you’re happy you may not
notice it and feel nothing.
Eating well and exercising are good for your health, but for me
being happy is more important in order to stay healthy.
